Improving individual performance is critical to team and organisation success. Providing evidence based feedback about performance, and areas for improvement should lead to a clear development plan. Getting this feedback through a 360 process can provide individuals with a more complete and holistic understanding of their performance from all stakeholder groups.
Our focus is to work on developing the 360 process around KPI’s and capability frameworks – by using existing measures or through supporting the process to develop those frameworks.
We seek feedback from nominated stakeholders through a 360 survey and conduct structured meetings to gain deeper insight into the individual's performance.
The results of the surveys and discussions are consolidated into concise reports that focus on key areas of feedback and include specific development recommendations. It's important to create a positive process for the individual being reviewed and the stakeholders providing feedback, to ensure improved performance outcomes.
