A critical success factor for the delivery of the Strategic Plan is an organisation structure that is aligned to support the achievement of the business strategy. This includes having the right roles, at the right level and with the right skills and capabilities across the organisation. We take an inclusive approach to reviewing the current structures and developing a future state structure that reflects the business strategy.
Our process involves consulting across all levels of the organisation to understand what works well, what needs improving, and the barriers that might exist.
We develop proposed changes and then work through a process to seek feedback and make final recommendations. We have developed a set of organisation review and structure principles that we use to test options, and use these steps to develop contemporary stuctures. Our reviews have been organisation wide, but we have also undertaken reviews for specific departments or functions within a business.
